- Golf buggy
- A multi-seater golf buggy runs between Donnington & Co. and The Post Barn. Let us know when you RSVP if you'd like a seat, as we'll need to pre-arrange it. It only runs in daylight hours and depends on the weather. Please don't walk between the two; the route isn't safe on foot.
- Parking
- Free on site. Cars left overnight must be in the top car park and collected by 10:30am the next day. There is no shuttle the next morning, so you will need a taxi to fetch your car.
- Taxis
- AVE Cabs, 01635 31212. Please book in advance; a hotel–barn trip is around £6–10.
- Train
- Newbury station is the nearest.
Where to stay
Donnington & Co.
The venue's hotel: 10% off the best available bed & breakfast rate for one night, and a further 5% off for two or more nights.
- iRooms are not held, are paid in full when booked, and are non-refundable. Book early.
- iiRates follow the hotel's Best Available rate, so guests may be on different rates depending on when they book.
- iiiBreakfast is included in the price of the room.
- ivCheck-in is from 3pm, with no early check-in. If you want to get ready at the hotel, book the night before.
- vHotel guests have free use of the health club and spa during their stay.

Formal wedding attire.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our special day be reserved for adults only. We hope you enjoy the night off & have fun with us!
We're looking forward to an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, so we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation.
Please don't bring your own. The venue only allows real dried petals outdoors, which we'll provide.
There is ramp access from the top car park and an accessible toilet. Some garden areas have steps or slopes. Let us know if you need anything.
